The Asset Register generated from the survey, which may be for just one aspect of the building such as roofs or windows, or a comprehensive register for the whole property, can contain detailed condition data, supported by photos captured by the surveyor or imported from other sources, such as stills from a drone survey.
Data is captured on your iPad, using a pre-configured structured template, that allows the surveyor to record the information in any sequence that is convenient, confident the resultant data will be automatically sorted and grouped when the survey report is generated.
Photographs, which can be included wherever required, are automatically appended to the relevant data. Using colour-coded SmartPins, the exact location of each asset can be marked on layout plans. The plans and photographs can then be generated as appendixes to the report.
