GoReport and Survey Booker, the specialist CRM for surveyors, have joined forces to create a seamless flow of data from instruction, through digital data collection and report creation and onto distribution to the client.

The integration enables accepted jobs to automatically create a report from the relevant survey template ready for the surveyor to begin their survey process. Key information such as client name, address etc. are automatically passed through to the report with the capability to reference any key data collected as part of the booking process within the report.

The surveyor will then perform the survey using GoReport’s market leading digital data collection and reporting tool. The surveyor has full edit and review capability within GoReport before finalising the report and publishing the PDF output back to the Survey Booker platform, ready for the distribution to the client.

Office Integrations

Two of the most commonly used Microsoft Office tools are Excel and Word. Whether you are dealing with a single survey or want to combine data from several surveys across a portfolio of properties, we give you the ability to aggregate and export data from GoReport directly into Excel spreadsheets. We also provide the facility to import data from an Excel spreadsheet if you have the need to transfer information from other software packages.

We don’t just give you the option of downloading your survey data to Excel, we’ve incorporated macro functionality, so when you export from GoReport to Excel, we can automatically perform calculations, generate graphs and charts and aggregate costings. In fact, you can automatically generate a sophisticated Excel workbook, ready to send to your client.

We understand there are times when your survey information needs to form part of a larger document you will be submitting to your client. In this occasion simply export to Word in the web portal and your survey data is ready for further formatting or pasting into larger documents.

As we work across all types of residential & commercial surveying, our clients may have a range of other specialist tools or solutions they require as part of their workflow. Our approach at GoReport is to allow our clients to use the best tools of their choosing and to make it as easy as possible for the outputs of those tools to interact with GoReport. In addition to our API’s which allow for data to flow between the GoReport solution and other tools, the iOS App environment enables outputs of apps, for example floor plans, sketching or photo annotation, to easily publish into GoReport.

The exact method of interaction and ease of interaction will be dependent on the 3rd party application and how they have chosen to implement file sharing within iOS.
