RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards 2023
Overview
These awards celebrate the outstanding work across the surveying profession in the UK, shining a spotlight on those who have made significant contributions to the sector. The Building Surveyor and Control Award recognises individuals who have been fundamental in projects which build, restore, or develop structures. It also honours those who demonstrated drive and motivation in aspects of building regulations, building safety, health and safety or energy efficiency.
The winners of each category were unveiled at a gala awards ceremony held at The Londoner on Friday 20th October. Congratulations to all the finalists and those shortlisted in this year’s Building Surveying category, including:

This year, the Building Surveyor/Control Surveyor of the Year award was clinched by Carolyn Brady MRICS of Rider Levett Bucknall. Moreover, Carolyn was crowned with the title of RICS Matrics Surveyor of the Year 2023!
