Technical Due Diligence

GoReport customers typically produce Technical Due Diligence (TDD) reports when engaged by clients for pre-acquisition or investment advice relating to commercial properties. These highly detailed surveys, often form part of a larger client report.

On-site inspection details are captured on your iPad or iPhone using a pre-structured template, that breaks the survey down into areas, floors and rooms of the property, in which measurement and condition data is recorded for each element, such as floors, ceilings, external and internal walls, along with building services installations including air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing and security systems.

Photographs can be included, complete with annotation and using GoReport SmartPins, observations can be tied to interactive pins placed on layout plans for subsequent inclusion in reports, helping clients locate exactly where the description is referring to in the building.

The detailed on-site survey is uploaded to the GoReport Web Portal, where the content can be edited, reviewed and approved before output either as an automatically formatted high quality PDF report, complete with Executive Summary and photo appendix, or in Microsoft Word format for inclusion in a larger document, alongside content from other sources, such as leases, land registry, planning and environmental information.
