Project Monitoring and Progress Reports
Many GoReport customers provide project management and monitoring services as well as consultancy and surveying services. To help support them delivering these services, we provide purpose built templates for project monitoring and progress reports.
Using a pre-prepared structured template on a mobile device, makes it quick and easy to capture the relevant information and ensure consistent output from each inspection or visit.
The information captured on iPad or iPhone that is typically contained in reports includes;
- progress of each area and phase of the project against programme (including options to expressed as a percentage and/or value)
- observations about aspects of the project where attention is required such as design or construction information
- any health and safety or compliance issues
- supporting photographs with annotation
- etc
Where the surveyor is fulfilling the role of Independent Certifier or Irish Assigned Certifier, inspection reports also include Compliance with Design, Specification and Statutory Requirements, particularly Building Regulations.
The powerful cloning (copying) functions in GoReport make it easy to take a copy of previous reports when visiting site for the next inspection, then simply update the information from your last visit, saving a considerable time and effort.
Utilising GoReport’s multi output capability, output reports can be either a simple one-page ‘flash summary’ or more detailed report to suit your requirements.
