Legionella Risk Assessment

As per HSE guidelines, under general health and safety law, “As an employer or person in control of a premises (e.g. a landlord), you have health and safety duties and need to take suitable precautions to prevent of control the risks of exposure to legionella,” A risk assessment is not only your responsibility but vital to establish any potential risks and implement measures to either eliminate or control those risks.
Our customers are experienced in conducting the actual survey and identifying areas of concern. Our software is built to guide the surveyors/inspectors around the premises so the assessment runs seamlessly from inspection through to report output. Typical data recorded will include results of visual inspections and control system tests, as well as temperature readings at water outlets and records of samples taken for testing.
All the information gathered onsite is uploaded to GoReport Web Portal for final edit and review which will take a fraction of the time compared to traditional survey methods. The complete report includes a clear set of recommendations and actions for the Landlord or Tenant.
