  • Core is ideal for smaller teams or those wanting fast setup with proven workflows. It includes unlimited reports, standard templates, onboarding support, and ongoing access to our Customer Care Programme. 
  • Premium is designed for organisations that need full flexibility and scalability. It includes everything in Core plus advanced features like bespoke report design, API access, enterprise integrations, and the GoReport Creator for fully customised data capture processes. 
  • Project-based pricing is designed for large commercial or residential projects. For a one-off fee you get a dedicated implementation manager, access to unlimited support, training and licences for the duration of the project. 

No. There’s no setup fee on any of our plans.

Both the Core and Premium plans include unlimited reports. The limit for the project-based pricing will be agreed at the outset of the project.  

Yes. The Premium and Project plans include the GoReport Creator tool, giving you full control over your data capture and report output into Excel. If you’re looking for a bespoke Word or PDF output, our customer success team will be on hand to build your output so it directly mirrors your exact design and branding.  

 

Yes. GoReport Premium includes API access and integration options so you can connect with your wider tech stack, from asset management systems to compliance databases and BI dashboards. For enterprise clients, we can also support custom integration projects.
