intuitive and easy to use. Whether using our Smart Library
of templates, standards such as RICS Home Standards or custom built survey templates that we have created with you, our comprehensive digital data capture is designed to work in harmony with the surveyor or inspector as they move around the property or asset, including annotated photos, dictation, text and much more.
Edit & Review
While collecting data efficiently and consistently on site
is vital, we understand the importance for the surveyor
or inspector to reflect on and contemplate their findings before finalising their report and providing advice.
The GoReport Web Portal gives the user full edit and review capability as well as powerful tools to check and
QA surveys, before publishing.
Publish
GoReport clients expect high quality, consistent outputs
that reinforce their brand and reflect the quality of their service. GoReport’s interactive pdf outputs, including powerful graphs and charts, help eliminate the significant time surveyors spend aggregating text, transcribing dictation, sorting data and photographs, before producing their report.
In addition, raw data is easily exported to Word and Excel, should it be required for analysis or input into other systems, documents or workflows.
Analyse
In many instances, GoReport clients are involved in portfolio surveys or inspections throughout several properties, that require quick and easy data consolidation and aggregation across multiple surveys, in order to analyse, evaluate and produce actionable insight for their clients. GoReport makes this a seamless process to export to Excel spreadsheets or interactive dashboard tools such as Microsoft PowerBI™.
