I joined GoReport almost 5 years ago and since then I have worked in several different areas. From sales lead generation through to template and report building as part of the customer success team. For the last two years I have worked with our solutions team as a ‘Customer Solutions Consultant’ helping to develop inbound sales opportunities.
It is my responsibility to help you understand our story, where we came from and how we could work for you. Typically, I spend some time getting to know you and your goals. Then we get into the really exciting part – how GoReport can help you. I will demonstrate and explain the solution, specifically those tools that will help you reach your goals. When you’re ready to join us then together we work to structure the best package for your needs. If you still need a little more time, or want us to speak to your colleagues then I can arrange a further webinar explaining GoReport and demonstrating the software.

Our solution is a great fit right out of the box for many surveyors and practices, but I love when a new customer comes to us with a challenge or problem and we are able to work closely with them to develop a custom solution that meets and exceeds their needs.
Two years ago, we were approached by a thermal imaging business in New Zealand who required a series of complex reports. I worked with them to show how GoReport could be the answer to the issues facing their business. From an initial email, several skype conversations, after hours webinars and a custom mock up of how the solution would look, feel and operate we began working together. Two years later and I am excited to say that they are moving with us onto a 2nd iteration of GoReport.
