Property technology firm GoReport has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer and Financial Controller as it prepares for expansion.
The Belfast-based firm develops innovative digital surveying solutions for the property and construction sector and works with clients throughout the UK and Ireland.
Gavin O’Neill joins as COO and will be responsible for overseeing new innovations and advising on market strategy. An experienced chartered engineer with a background in both technology and property, Gavin has specific expertise in business improvement and systems implementation.

Simon Donaldson will head the finance department at GoReport. He is a former group financial controller who has managed accounts team across multiple departments with overall responsibility for annual budgets and monthly cashflow forecasting.
